CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HOURS
If you receive a package with missing or incomplete items, please send an email to support@aerseal.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. In the email, provide your order number and details of the missing or incomplete items. This will enable us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
SHIPPING SEPARATE PACKAGES
Depending on our inventory and stock, we may ship products separately. If this is the case, you will receive separate shipping confirmation emails for each package, each containing its own tracking number. Rest assured that we will cover the shipping costs for any missing or incomplete items.
REFUND FOR MISSING OR INCOMPLETE ITEMS
If we are unable to provide a replacement for the missing or incomplete items, we will issue a refund for the affected items. The refund will be processed using the original payment method you used when placing the order. The refund amount will include the cost of the missing or incomplete items, as well as any shipping fees associated with those items.
Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia and Western Europe. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.
Our products are efficiently packaged by our expert handling team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless how far they go.
INITIATING A RETURN
To initiate a return, please:
- Email us at support@aerseal.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and the reason for your return in the email.
- Wait for our team to review your request and approve the return.
Once approved:
- The item must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.
- Include your order number and shipping name in the return package to help us process your return quickly.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and these costs may be up to $30 depending on the carrier.
If you need to cancel your order, please follow these steps:
- Go to the e-mail you used to place your order.
- Locate your order number.
- Send us an e-mail to support@aerseal.com including the order number.
- In your e-mail, please specify your name, and your order number.
Please note that once the order is shipped, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order will have already entered the processing phase.
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in their original packaging, and in unused condition.Items that have been used, worn, or damaged through normal use or misuse are not eligible for refunds.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which can cost up to $30 depending on the shipping provider.
- Partial Refund Option: In certain cases where a return is not feasible (e.g., high return shipping costs, customer preference, or other reasons), we offer a partial refund of 40% of the order value without requiring the item to be sent back.This option is subject to approval by our team and will be offered at our discretion.
Examples of Partial Refunds:
- If your order was $50, you'll receive $20 back.
- If your order was $80, you'll receive $32 back.
- If your order was $120, you'll receive $48 back.
